I posted on Facebook recently that we are planning a trip to Disney and I asked for advice. I think I am the only Newfoundlander that has never been to Florida. I got great tips. Now I am asking for some more help. We haven't had our child on a plane before. What tips do you have for making flights and airports fun and manageable for kids under 5? What things are musts to pack in carry on bags?

Goodbye
I am saying goodbye to my blog today. Work and life have
gotten so busy that I can’t give my blog the attention it deserves.
I have really enjoyed the creative outlet it offered me and the opportunity it gave me to meet lots of great people I wouldn’t have met otherwise. I appreciate all the loyal followers I have had both here and on my first blog ‘St. John’s Toddler.’
I have decided to keep the Facebook page and Twitter account going for now as I don’t think I am ready to give up all the wonderful contacts I have made.
In the meantime the St. John's Mom Blog is doing an awesome job with event and activity listings - so check her out to stay on top of what's on the go.

It's the Fifth Annual "So You Think You've Got Talent" Youth Talent Show brought you by the City of St. John's Department of Recreation Youth Services. It takes place Sunday, Feb. 10 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Holy Heart of Mary Auditorium on Bonaventure Avenue. Admission is free. Sponsored by Long and McQuade and 99.1 Hits FM.
